About

I am passionate about empowering clients to access their own strengths and resources in order to overcome the difficult challenges that life throws at us. I believe that relationships impact every aspect of our lives. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and military personnel dealing with a wide range of concerns. I have worked with clients on concerns such as: depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parent/child conflict, stress, low self-esteem, emotional and behavioral issues, post traumatic stress disorder and trauma.

I work with adults as well as adolescents (12 and up) that are struggling with the everyday transitions of life. Helping adolescents work through tough issues such as divorce, adoption therapy, child abuse, sexual abuse, bullying in school, suicidal ideation and/or low self-esteem is a passion.

I work with clients to create a safe environment in order to create peace and balance on their journey. I place a strong emphasis on a healthy therapeutic connection. I value and respect client's stories and encourage growing healthy relationships.
