Starting the counseling process takes courage and I am glad you are taking the first step towards your personal goals by seeking the right counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation by the State of Ohio. I am trained in EMDR therapy for trauma or changing negative core beliefs about self, and use a client-centered approach to meet your individual needs. I have been in the counseling field for 10 years and am passionate about helping people achieve their personal therapy goals. I specialize in working with teens who struggle with relationships, self-esteem issues, social skills, addiction prevention, school difficulties, trauma, depression and anxiety. I also work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues & healthy boundaries, & young adults going through life transitions needing extra support. I work with a variety of people, have a respect for culture and use a Christian perspective when requested by my clients.
