Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
If life feels heavy, chaotic or overwhelming, let’s gently unpack your thoughts and rediscover your peace. Together we can discuss ways to decrease anxiety, depression and the effects of unresolved trauma. We can also get to the root of difficult feelings like fear, shame, guilt, grief, and how they show up in our relationship patterns. My ideal clients are women-identifying, non-binary, or members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating life transitions such as attending college, resolving stress in their careers or relationships, or on the journey to parenthood or postpartum. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, non-judgmental, and strengths-based, and I pull from my diverse experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I am currently Perinatal Mental Health Certified to work with folks who are navigating fertility, loss, pregnancy, and postpartum. My focus is to utilize therapeutic techniques that best meet your needs and I strive to offer an anti-oppressive lens in my work. Building a trusting relationship between the therapist and the client is so important, and I invite you to reach out and see if I might be a good fit for you. Seeing clients virtually only at this time.
