Sarah has training and experience helping individuals from all backgrounds, but primarily focuses on assisting children, adolescents, and teens cope with a variety of mental health conditions, including trauma and mood related disorders, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and oppositional behaviors. Sarah works with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques that are tailored to each person's (or group's) needs. Sarah uses holistic and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. These techniques, which treat the "whole person" and address the root causes of a client's difficulties, help clients achieve inner peace and long-lasting results as they develop insight and effective tools for coping through life's roadblocks. Sarah wants to provide a safe place and be an ally as we navigate and explore your strengths, and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling present and future.
