About

I believe humans are resilient and striving to do their best. Yet at times we find ourselves struggling and unable to engage in our lives the way we would like. When this happens we might find ourselves experiencing distressing changes in our emotional functioning or engaging in behaviors that negatively impact ourselves and our relationships that are difficult to manage on our own. I am here to help you navigate these challenges and find ways out of the pain and discomfort by helping you discover your own internal resources, wisdom, and strengths to develop what a more meaningful life looks like to you.

My approach to therapy is collaborative. Together we will discuss what you are hoping to gain from therapy and my goal is to create a safe and secure space within which you feel empowered to take steps towards healing. I operate from a primarily relational and trauma informed framework and draw upon evidenced based approaches to help you meet your goals.

You have taken a brave and positive step by deciding to seek therapy! I am happy to offer a phone consultation to discuss your therapy needs and explore if we will be a good fit together. I look forward to hearing from you.
