About

Everyone has a story unique to one's own experience - sometimes those stories involve trauma, heartache, hurt, anxiety, and uncertainty, which can often feel overwhelming to face alone. I have experience working with clients of all ages and walks of life. Each client is considered worthy, purposeful and is treated with compassion. I enjoy serving adolescent females and adults who are working through past traumas, current life stressors and who want to learn practical methods to manage anxiety.

I'm a peacemaker by nature. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to help people, which ultimately led me to a career in counseling. I'm very person centered, often incorporating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma focused approaches. I am phase 2 trained in brainspotting, a method I often utilize.

My mission as a therapist is to see you, to hear you, to attune to you and to walk with you through your healing process as you seek a greater sense of peace.
