About

I am currently accepting new clients for daytime, virtual sessions. I help young adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, OCD, self-doubt, and harsh inner critics to learn how to relate to themselves and to the world differently so that they can live lives of greater authenticity, belonging, and purpose. We can work through trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, shame and guilt, decision making, emotional regulation, feeling lost or purposeless, and building tangible coping skills. I utilize principles of Internal Family Systems (or "parts work"), psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as ERP.

My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, warm, inquisitive, and validating. While I take therapy seriously, I also think laughter is a powerful medicine too. If you're tired of "just talking" in therapy, my interactive style - which utilizes your body, visualizations, learning concrete skills, and more - might work well for you.

In addition to the general population, I have experience working with college and graduate students, queer and trans folks, other social workers and therapists, and people from diverse religious backgrounds. I offer free 15-minute consultations for prospective clients, so if you think we might work well together, reach out and let's chat!
