I believe that most of us can greatly benefit from a safe, trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Seeking help can be an overwhelming and intimidating process. I am a warm, engaged and directive therapist who believes that people can make positive changes to feel better and live more connected lives. My approach to therapy is integrative; combining psychodynamic, IFS, behavioral, mind-body, and relational models. I work with teens, college students, adults, couples and families on a variety of presenting concerns. Additionally, I offer consultation and supervision services to other clinicians. I specialize in treating eating disorders and body image concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting, life transitions and relationship concerns. My work experience prior to opening my practice includes: eating disorder treatment centers, college counseling centers, rape crisis centers and community mental health. My office is conveniently located in Brookline on Beacon Street across the street from the Hawes T-stop and close to many major universities and hospitals. I am providing both in-person and virtual sessions at this time. Please feel free to send me an email or give me a call and we can discuss further. I look forward to speaking with you!
