About

When life feels overwhelming, I’m here to provide you with the support you need—guidance, validation, & a safe space—to help you live your fullest life. Together, we'll explore your strengths, challenges, traumas, & joys. Therapy is a path to truly discovering and understanding yourself at a deeper level. Along with traditional talk therapy approaches, I incorporate modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Strengths-Based approaches. In addition, I integrate techniques like somatics, yoga, and music therapy to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and emotions. View 3 Photos

As an LMHCA Therapist, as well as E-300 RYT Yoga Teacher, my goal is to collaboratively tailor sessions to best suit your needs. My particular areas of focus are ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Disability Support, Life Transitions, Neurodivergence, Pain Management, Parenting Support, Performance Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD.

In our sessions, clients learn about their nervous system, learn self-regulation skills, deepen the body-mind healing connection through somatics, & practice strengths-focused exercises to support their personal growth. Therapy is personalized to guide clients as they seek to reduce stress, improve relationships, heal emotionally, & increase self-awareness.
