Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
There are many things that draw us to therapy. Some arrive struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or career uncertainty. Some are having difficulty managing the roller coaster of emotions inherent in the peri- and postpartum experience. Others feel stuck in patterns that don't seem to serve them. While others are curious to discover who they are uniquely meant to be. Whatever your goals and challenges, I welcome the opportunity to see whether I may be a good fit for your journey. I believe the key to successful therapy is building a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental relationship where my clients feel seen and heard. Feeling safe to explore vulnerable thoughts and feelings is primary. It is through collaborative conversations that clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves, which paves the way for meaningful change. I have worked for over a decade as a therapist and now clinical supervisor in the Bay Area, with vast experience serving children, adults and couples.
