These experiences may distort the perceptions we have of ourselves; bringing up feelings of fear, frustration, loneliness and burnout. Through exploration and introspection, we can identify your obstacles and develop realistic tools to manage stressful circumstances, allowing you to create the life you want

I focus on helping both high achievers and couples work through transitions and major life stressors incl: anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, relationship distress, emotion regulation and professional burnout to name a few. I incorporate evidence-based mind-body practices (MBSR, IFS, CBT) and tailor my approach based on each person's unique needs.

My approach is warm and empathetic while bringing humor and authenticity into all of my sessions. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for my clients to explore their challenges & strengths while developing an individualized plan of action to create positive, lasting change.
