About

Whether you need one session or you're seeking an ongoing therapeutic relationship, I am available to support you online in the morning hours. If you want to move forward, but need help organizing your next steps, or if something is getting in the way of you living the life you want to live, you are warmly welcome to contact me via Psychology Today or my website. I also treat couples using the gold standard therapeutic model for couple's therapy, EFT.

As an ACT practitioner, I see you as a human, not a set of symptoms or a diagnosis. I offer non-judgmental support and acceptance of where you are right now, coupled with an unshakable belief that, with the right support, you CAN move closer to where you want to be, and right now (reading this!) you are taking the first steps.

If you are available for therapy in the mornings, let's set up a free 15 minute video chat and get to know each other. You are warmly welcome!
