I believe every person has the right to feel seen, valued, and heard. I provide a safe space for my clients. A space where there is no judgement; where over time, when trust is built within the therapeutic relationship, the client will bring their most authentic self into session. I use an integrative approach, although my roots lay in modern psychoanalysis and in attachment framework. Having healthy relationships, specifically with ourselves is challenging! Relationships are vital to the emotional and mental health of all human beings especially the relationship with the self, as I believe it holds both the wound and the cure. When we create a deeper understanding of self, explore meaning, and examine impactful experiences, healing takes place. I am passionate about supporting individuals in finding their innate worth. Finding a therapist that is a good fit is essential to the therapeutic process. If you are ready to take the next step in your therapeutic journey, please contact me for a free phone consultation so the two of us can explore next steps!
