About

Life's ups and downs are inevitable, and yet you don't have to go through them alone. I specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate the complex challenges of trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression. I work with both adolescents and adults, recognizing the unique experiences and pressures that different life stages present. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly express their feelings, explore their thoughts, and develop effective coping strategies to promote healing and growth.

In addition to my work with individuals, I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples counseling. I strive to foster deeper understanding between partners, helping them strengthen their bonds and navigate relational challenges. I have additional training in ACT, DBT, CBT for Chronic Pain, Written Exposure Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure.

Whoever you are and whatever your situation or struggles may be, I'm here to listen. I believe in the power of a strong, safe, warm relationship to set the stage for any healing or work you'd like to do.
