About

I am interested in sex-positive and inclusive sex-education, overdose awareness and prevention, supporting survivors of IPV/trafficking, immigration rights, and the advocacy for person-centered terminology and equal treatment access for substance use and mental health. I have experience working with adults with co-occurring substance use diagnoses and utilizes a relational, trauma-informed, mind-body approach with an emphasis on increasing self-motivation and self-esteem collaboratively with clients.

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC / MA), registered art therapist (ATR), and clinical supervisor currently practicing with And Still We Rise LLC out of Boston. I provide individual and group therapy for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ identified clinician.

I firmly believe that therapy is for you and that you are the inherit holder of knowledge about yourself. That knowledge is impacted by the systems around us and we need to acknowledge those systems. I believe in working collaboratively to build self-image and awareness while focusing on self-identified needs within a trusting, safe space.
