I believe that each person has a deep wisdom inside of them, and part of my job is to help you learn and remember how to trust yourself. Supporting people to cultivate both self-awareness and self-compassion are a central focus of mine. I also feel passionate about cultivating a safe and trusted connection with clients that provides the opportunity for healing and growth. Each of us has a unique journey and I help people to feel more at home in themselves, both in times of joy and hardship. Learning to support ourselves in times of pain and suffering takes practice, and we are not meant to do it alone. My style includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relational techniques, family systems, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. I am known for the depth of my heart, quiet strength, and intuitive wisdom. I also have a background in wilderness therapy and nature-based vision quests. If you would like to include the wilderness in your therapy, please inquire. Part of connection with ourselves is also connection with the world at large.
