About

I work collaboratively with those who are deeply curious about themselves and motivated to make deep, lasting change. My practice is LGBTQ-affirming and my specialties include depression, trauma, emotional neglect, and grief. I work with people who have endured all kinds of traumas and a wide range of life challenges. I am skilled in supporting teens and adults in all life stages who value living the examined life. Clients who seek me out are tired of repeating patterns and are ready for something new to emerge for themselves and their relationships.

My approach addresses the root cause of mental and emotional suffering through greater insight and self-awareness. I highly value humility, kindness, patience, and curiosity in this work. My commitment to you is providing a space free of judgment where you can speak freely and openly and say the things that are the most difficult to say aloud.

My goal is to support your increased awareness of the ways you see and understand yourself and the world. Increased awareness and insight can bring a greater sense of agency, empowerment, and movement into your life. The therapy process takes time. We will work to understand who you are, what you’ve been through, and your deepest aspirations for life.
