About

As a dual licensed therapist I partner, with children, parents, adolescents/teens, adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and big life transitions, adjustment to change, addiction, and relationship problems. I offer the soft landing of a supportive, trusting, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment that is grounded in empathetic listening and innovative therapies beyond the traditional “talk therapy.” Most clients begin to notice improvement within 2 to 5 sessions.

I emphasize the mind/body connection through mindfulness and CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and more cutting edge, innovative trauma-informed therapies. The goal is to relieve mental health symptoms and help clients regain a sense of balance and control in their lives so they can begin to successfully manage their mental health.

You have taken the first courageous step, and that is to reach out for help to heal and recover. The next step is to contact me for a 15-minute, free consultation which will help you to determine if we would be a good client/therapist fit. My hours are flexible, weekdays, weeknights, with limited weekend hours. Appointments can be virtual or in person.
