When suffering goes unchecked it has a way of affecting your personality, your performance, and your relationships. You lose perspective, patience, and the ability to cope effectively. In time, negative thinking becomes a way of life.

Through calm and compassionate discussions, you can begin to heal and find peace. I offer a perspective flexibly according to your goals and enjoy finding the root cause of frustration. My specialty in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and ACT allows me to offer insight and hope.
