Life brings many changing seasons that present new challenges and struggles. Throughout the seasons of life, you can find meaning and hope. People who decide to reach out and seek to find meaning and hope are courageous. It can be difficult to be honest and look at your life's path; however, I am continually amazed at each client's strength and desire for freedom in their life. I thoroughly enjoy providing additional support that can meet each client's needs. I primarily work with female-identifying adults who are wanting to rediscover their identity and increase their own sense of empowerment. View 5 Photos I work from an existential-positive psychology framework that is trauma- and attachment-focused, and utilizes somatic-based healing through Brainspotting. If you are interested in working with me via Telehealth and live in Michigan, New York, or Virginia, please use my contact form on my website (saravantongeren.com) My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma informed. I view this as a collaborative relationship to help foster healing and discover new growth. I am a co-author of the book, The Courage to Suffer.
