Individuals are their own unique combinations of identities and experiences. I'm a Bangladeshi Muslim American Child of immigrants New Yorker who has interests in mental health advocacy, music, books and dungeon and dragons. All of which combine to allow me to draw on multitude of experiences to provide a unique kind of care as a therapist. Let’s work together to explore your combinations and strengthen your connection to yourself and to others. My approach is to understand the nuances of your intersectional identity by engaging in grounded dialogue. I have worked with individuals on grief, anxiety, depression, academic stress, family stress as well as relationship concerns. I work with you to create a therapeutic space that is non judge mental, comforting and safe to go through the often daunting journey of therapy. I look forward to working with you!
