My goals are to assist clients with processing and coping with cognitive behavioral distortions and discrepancies, with the aim to assist clients in becoming more self-aware at the same time encompassing the entire human experience. I am a passionate, ambitious, ethical professional with communication proficiency and the required experience to successfully work with a diverse clientele base. I believe that my professional background coupled with my personal life experiences make me a very well rounded licensed professional counselor. As a licensed professional counselor, I work with anxiety, depression, anger management, stress reduction, and self-care application. I utilize clinical counseling principles, methods, and procedures to assist clients in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, career development and adjustment. These times are very difficult and challenging on this journey we call life, the good news is, you are not alone!
