About

Life can be hard but what’s even harder is trying to figure it out on your own. Trauma, depression, anxiety among other difficulties can be challenging to understand and cause chaos to our lives and relationships. We want to feel better, but feel as if everything and everyone is letting us down. What we want most is to feel strong and free from the burdens of life. Every person’s struggle is unique, but so are their strengths. My goal as a counselor is to help clients find their unique strengths and freedom from pain. I place great importance on assisting clients in finding the tools to succeed and find peace in their world.

I have a Bachelor's in Crisis Counseling and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory, Person-Centered Theory, and Positive Therapy. I have experience in working with adults, adolescents, and children with a focus on trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders.

I respect and honor everyone’s diverse beliefs, spirituality, and unique worldview. I have diverse life experiences with my own joys, struggles, and traumas that have influenced my passion for helping others. My heart is for the hurting, and my goal is to help clients find their own strengths so they can overcome the difficulties in their lives.
