Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who originates from Minnesota, currently residing in sunny (and warm) Florida. I have worked with people from vastly different backgrounds, ages, and stages in life, primarily focusing on symptoms of anxiety, depression, health issues, and family relations. My passion is working with individuals who may find themselves on the nerdier side of life and/or are a part of the healthcare profession, but regardless of your background, truly my goal is to make sure that everyone has a positive and healing therapy experience! My belief is that you are the true expert in your therapeutic journey, and I am here to help you navigate. I believe in a holistic approach, which includes exploring all areas of life, utilizing CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and more. I want you to feel comfortable and welcome in our sessions. My hope is that you are able to walk away feeling closer to your goals and ideal self. Whether you have just started your therapeutic journey or have been here for a while, I want you to feel that you are accomplishing growth, as this is an important aspect of our journeys!
