I view therapy as a collaborative, client-centered process in which I help clients explore difficult emotions, ineffective behaviors, relationships, and work to increase greater self-compassion and understanding. I value building a caring and safe relationship with my clients and use humor in my work. I support young adults with a wide range of struggles and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities. My experience consists of providing psychotherapy and neuropsychological testing in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health centers, outpatient clinics, PHPs, and residential treatment programs. In addition to my private practice, I work as the Clinical Team Manager at McLean Hospital's Cambridge Residence. I have been intensely trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure with Response Prevention, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I provide highly specialized and individualized services and am a member of a weekly fully adherent DBT consultation team. I hope to hear from you soon! Currently, I am only offering sessions via Telehealth.
