About

I have experience working both with clients of all ages. While I am happy to work with everyone, I am passionate about helping children, teens and young adults through the joys and challenges that those years bring. I incorporate empathy, humor, authenticity and respect into my work in order to build a warm, caring environment for my clients. I have clinical experience working with and treating anxiety, depression, the stress that comes from having ADHD, low self-esteem, body image issues, family challenges, relational issues, grief and loss, trauma and life transitions of all kinds.

I became a therapist because I love to support people through tough times in a warm, kind and supportive manner. I look forward to working with you. I work to create a supportive and compassionate environment. I work in partnership with my clients to reduce symptoms and to make sustainable changes to improve your overall quality of life.

Our practice is centered on working with children, teens, college students, and adults. A phone consultation can be scheduled to explore your intentions for treatment and to schedule an initial session. We are genuinely passionate about the work we do. During the initial session, we also discuss goals for treatment, as broad or as specific as you prefer.
