About

Currently accepting new clients - - I work with individuals who long to feel deeply seen and understood. You may be someone who isn’t sure how to ask for what you need from other people, struggle to make boundaries, or find it hard to feel truly close to others in your life. I specialize in working with emerging adults (18+) and adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and feeling stuck. I often work with queer individuals, people who have experienced childhood trauma, people in life transitions, and neurodiverse people.

My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and relationship oriented. This means that we will explore your patterns of connection with people in your life, and explore ways to facilitate more grounded, trusting, and nourishing relationships with yourself and others.

Therapy is a powerful tool to learn to understand yourself better, feel more ease and security in your relationships, and be more aligned with your authentic self. When you're ready to take that step, contact me here or on my website to discuss your needs and how I can help.
