About

Sam grew up in Portland OR, and attended Portland State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree with focuses in criminal justice and child and family studies, and her Master’s in social work. Most of Sam’s experience in this field has been in residential/in-patient settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Sam is currently a QMHP working towards licensure.

Sam is committed to tailoring therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that therapy is as effective and personalized as possible. Sam’s approach emphasizes the strengths of clients, fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can work towards achieving their goals with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, twin sister, and dog Sadie. Sam can often be found immersed in a good book or tv show, experimenting with watercolors, going for walks or swimming at the pool. Sam is working towards licensure while under supervision. Sam is currently working with clients ages 10+ and their families.
