November 18, 2024 - Accepting new clients for January 2025 sessions. Today our lives are full of challenges and obstacles that can feel difficult to overcome. Are you feeling stuck and unsure which direction to turn? Entering counseling can feel scary but it is also a courageous step in the right direction. As your counselor, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to process what is preventing you from moving forward in life. My goal is to help you make the most of your life and find a sense of purpose and peace. I work with individuals, couples and families. I use several modalities while working with clients including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and reality therapy. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy & specific training in sex addiction treatment and navigating relationships in recovery and through infidelity and addiction. Much of my career has been spent working with clients who are experiencing substance use disorders, relationship difficulties including codependency, affairs/infidelity, sex and love addiction. I look forward to working with you individually, or you and your partner, to help you find freedom from whatever is holding you back from living the life you deserve.
