I am not currently accepting new clients - My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-focused in that I provide an individualized therapy experience for each person I work with. I integrate person-centered approaches with cognitive behavioral, narrative and existential principles to help people manage a variety of challenges, symptoms and stressors. I use evidence-based practice to help people reach their unique goals and work through barriers that prevent a person from living their ideal life. I work with individuals to improve interpersonal skills and develop more effective patterns of behavior. I have experience working with all ages and I emphasize building a collaborative, genuine therapeutic relationship with children, adults and families with whom I work.
