Therapists » Pre-Licensed Professional
Hi! Do you ever feel like you’re stumbling around in the dark looking for a light switch and collecting rusty tools that maybe work sometimes? We’ve all been there. A therapist is like a flashlight, and wouldn’t that be helpful for finding the light switch? Together we can find the light switch and get you some tools that work for YOU. I’m a big believer in understanding what’s in the dark room, and illumination is the first step in that process. Unpacking that illuminated room can feel very daunting, which is where having someone with you can really help. My approach to therapy is person-centered, existential, solution-focused, and trauma informed. I also use art therapy. I have experience with PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, first responders, veterans, teens, and adults. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, no nonsense, and humorous environment where we can develop an understanding together. Through understanding, we can build tools and foundations that will serve you moving forward, so you don’t have to stumble around in the dark anymore. You will know exactly where the light switch is.
