About

Have you ever wondered why life might feel like a growing mountain to which you are unsure of how to begin to climb? Have you experienced a lack of purpose or direction in life and feel stuck? Are relationships harder to maintain? My goal is to create a space where you, as the client, feels safe to share your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Over the past 9 years I have used my clinical training to help individuals, couples and families untangle the scary, messy, and upsetting parts of their lives.

I enjoy empowering individuals to heal from the trauma they've experienced and learn new ways of viewing themselves and the relationships they inhabit. Traumatic experiences can alter the lens through which you view and experience life. Learning strategies to manage your emotions and build healthy relationships can allow you the space to heal.

Seeking therapeutic services can seem daunting and scary however you don't have to go through this journey of self understanding and relationship building alone. I am currently accepting clients whom reside in the District of Columbia and/or Maryland. You are welcome to email or call me to schedule your free 15 minute consultation.
