About

Are you burning out at work? Struggling with how to communicate your needs with your boss or employer? Do you struggle with boundaries and self-worth? It's time to put yourself and your needs before that of work. I utilize a blend of humor and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theories. I primarily work with clients aged 18 and older, addressing issues such as work stress and anxiety, burnout and self-esteem challenges. I also work with those with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and relationship issues.

Collaboration is at the core of my practice; I believe therapy should be a partnership where clients actively participate in setting goals and developing strategies for healing. This empowers them to take charge of their journey toward resilience. I work with patients through communication analysis, role playing and types of cognitive restructuring.

Through open communication and feedback, I work to ensure our sessions remain aligned with clients’ evolving needs and goals. Ultimately, my mission is to help clients navigate their challenges, celebrate strengths, and cultivate a brighter future together. Prospective and current clients are free to reach out to me directly for appointments or questions.
