Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
We all face challenges in life, and sometimes our challenges can make it difficult to know how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space for addressing such challenges, regaining focus, and finding a new or renewed direction to move forward. I frequently work with clients to address issues around anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, spirituality, life transitions, and family conflict. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families and often work with adolescents and adults. My goal is to help foster growth, healing, and positive transformation through therapy with individuals, couples and families. I do this by striving to create a welcoming, non-judgmental, safe, and nurturing environment where all clients can bring the fullness of their experiences, concerns, needs, and aspirations into the therapeutic space. With more than 12 years of experience, my approach centers empathy and compassion while being honest and upfront with clients. Collaboration and client empowerment are essential elements for building trust and cultivating successful therapeutic outcomes. Send me an email or call today to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
