About

Hello There! Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or the current state of the world? Looking for a warm, supportive environment to explore your past and gain new insights into your life? You've come to the right place! I am a neurodivergent and queer therapist who is LGBTQIA+ affirming. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients who are struggling with their anxiety and trauma, or are in transitional periods. I also work with teens (13+) who are struggling with self-esteem, peer relationships, and school struggles.

With a background in the equestrian world, I am aware of the unique emotional and mental health struggles that are associated with working around horses and in the world of both professional and amateur equestrians. Additionally, I have experience using DBT skills to help both adults and teens learn to better regulate their emotions and anxieties.

If you are an individual seeking to explore your past and gain insight into your life, let's chat. I support relationships of all kinds (CNM, polyamory, monogamy) and am identity affirming. I believe that therapy is a unique and collaborative journey and I look forward to joining you on this new adventure!
