Ryan Snead is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in working with adults (ages 18 and older) struggling with a multitude of mental health difficulties. Ryan's experience ranges in working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, anger management, relationship stress, stress management and school or work stress. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor's of science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2012 and completed his Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University in 2016. Ryan gained much of his experience working with adults at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital and employed multiple types of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and behavioral activation. Ryan strives to build an open and comfortable environment for people to begin making the changes that they want to see in themselves through the use of different coping skills and a person-centered approach.
