I have worked for 13+ years helping others understand themselves in order to find freedom, to live a meaningful life defined by themselves. I specialize working with men struggling to find their place in the current society that has left them behind. Most treatment has not adequately been developed deal with men’s issues, as evidence by the large but silent mental health crisis within men and boys. Men’s emotional expression such as anger and irritability are often pathologized and punished, opposed to being heard for the underlying cause and I look to change that. View 4 Photos Though I have vast experience with many therapeutic modalities, my primary orientation is using a Psychodynamic approach, emphasizing one’s entire life story to best understand present day challenges. I will work with you to identify and remove the barriers that you back from growth. Expect new insights as well as a new type of relationship focused on truth.
