I have 16 years of professional, human services experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from urban, suburban, and rural populations. This includes clinical mental health graduate education, scientific training, and professional counseling experience assessing, classifying, and treating mental and emotional health symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolarity, grief, substances, relationships, behaviors, development, spirituality, identity, and many others. The mission of my private practice is to provide excellence in counseling using scientific treatment methods to help individuals achieve change. I use scientific treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. The goal is to help individuals tap into their wisdom, insights, and ideas about how their symptoms and how their symptoms connect with their thoughts and feelings and affect the behaviors they want to change. I have provided clinical mental health counseling for children (3+), adolescents, and adults in office, school, and home settings, working with extensive diversity of ethnicity, nationality, gender, orientation, profession, religion, spirituality, and etc. I am only able to provide telehealth services at this time.
