As a PhD and Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, couples counseling, sexual problems and addictions including pornography, and sexual addictions. I work with adults and teens and I provide a safe and incredibly compassionate counseling environment to help people tell their stories. I will work with you to help rebuild your life and get you back to who you want to be. I work extensively with my clients to build safe, attached, non-judgmental relationships and provide empathy and understanding as clients share their stories. It is my belief that unwanted behaviors and relationship issues are ways of coping with the pain of the past. People are hurt in relationship and they will be healed in relationship. I use a multi-faceted approach to counseling to assist my clients in uncovering what lies beneath the symptoms of their behaviors to expose and work on the root.
