My ideal client is one who is looking to better connect with themselves and those around them. They may struggle with effective communication, or successfully navigating the complexity of a deep and meaningful relationship. Most of all my ideal client is one who is willing to be open and honest about their experiences and what they want out of life. I use person centered therapy which focuses on helping the client to find the solutions to the issues they are facing. I have used this to help those suffering from addiction, anxiety, grief and loss, and numerous other issues. I also use cognitive processing therapy which is a 10-12 session long treatment process for PTSD. I truly believe that each client knows what is best for them and how to resolve their struggles. It is my job to be a companion and supporter while they look for the best version of themselves.
