Individual therapy - Couples therapy. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I specialize in providing individual and couples therapy. I specialize in treating mood disturbance (including major depression and bipolar disorder), and anxiety and stress. I also treat stress stemming from life changes, including relationship changes, grief, job loss or difficulties at work, and other life transitions such as divorces or separations. I also support individuals with accessing their best selves by addressing self-confidence and self-motivation by treating the underlying causes for issues in these areas. I have been expertly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Couples Therapy. I work with clients to help them build a range of skills that focus on building more adaptive thought patterns and better regulate emotions to allow clients to live their best lives. Throughout my 10+ years of clinical work, I have learned that a person’s greatest difficulties can also be their greatest source of strength. My role is to help you take the pain or difficulties you have experienced in life and help you transform it into power to create a life that you will love.
