I am a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology and I have a practice in Existential l Psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I also offer cognitive experiential psychotherapy as well as clinical hypnosis. At one time I was Director of Psychology Training at the University of Maryland Medical School and on the faculty of Johns Hopkins. I completed post doctoral work at The University of Leuven . I teach post graduate seminars in Existential and Experiential Psychotherapy to psychotherapist at The Washington Center for Consciousness Studies. I have many publications. These papers can be found on rudolphbauer.academia. edu. I have an expertise in existential experiential psychotherapy and work within the experiential field of awareness. Time is used with flexibility in my practice. The focus is the unfolding of change and working experientially within the field of awareness. I also see couples in psychotherapy and was recently named in The Washingtonian Magazine (2012) as one of the top couple psychotherapist in Washington. I teach forms of Dzogchen meditation at The Washington Center for Consciousness Studies.
