While the journey to self-discovery is a life long process, we can utilize the power that comes from knowledge of self, our relationships, and experiences, to make the best choices for our authentic selves. This can also bring awareness to what parts of ourselves need nurturance, acceptance, and healing. My goal in counseling is to create an authentic space where clients can explore with curiosity and support. I have a passion for providing affirming counseling for BIPOC, Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA, Kink, and ENM populations. I'm currently working with adults, relationships, sex therapy, and the complexities of the human experience. I draw from systems theories to better understand the context of my clients' lived experiences and identities. My therapeutic approach is integrative with somatic experiencing and psychoeducation in conjunction with theory-based process to cultivate awareness, balance, and integration. I strive to create an affirming space for clients to explore different parts of themselves, process their experiences, feel their emotions, and build coping skills to help them reach their goals. I'm honored to be considered to support you on your therapeutic journey. I'm happy you're here and invite you to reach out with any questions or thoughts.
