About

My practice is built on the core principles of Trauma-Informed Care. I serve diverse group of adults in my practice who struggle with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship issues, grief etc. Clients benefit from psychoeducation, expressing conflicting feelings, increased self-awareness and implementing cognitive strategies. I also have a sub-speciality that focuses on serving the South Asian diaspora - specifically around issues of generational clashes, agency and choice, and other immigrant issues.

I believe that people deserves to live meaningful, symptom-free lives. This is achieved through understanding transgenerational issues/truama, current challenges, and exploring ways to a balanced future. Treatment strategies are integrated with an understanding of cultural norms, diverse wellness tools, resulting in highly personalized services for clients.

Making the decision to start therapy is scary and confusing, but I encourage you to take that first step and reach out. We will work together to build a safe partnership that incorporates your strengths and coping stratgies.
