As a counselor, my personal statement is centered around creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing and my role is to provide support and guidance throughout their journey. With a specialization in sex addiction and betrayal trauma, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of these issues. As certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) and certified betrayal trauma specialist (APSATS), I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couple (EFT), allowing me to assist couples in rebuilding trust and connection after experiencing betrayal trauma. Furthermore, my certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) enables me to help clients reframe and release traumatic memories and experiences.
