Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and provide individual therapy aimed at healing emotional wounds, understanding oneself, and achieving one's potential. My experience has included working with teens through the lifespan with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, trauma and other challenging life transitions. I believe there is great value in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters support, safety, respect and trust. I have years of experience treating people with mental health and stress related issues. I am excited to work with people whether considering or committed to making their lives better and happier. I am passionate about helping people grow, find fulfillment, and express their true selves. Using a strength based, client centered model that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused techniques, humor and compassion I will strive to help you reduce stress and improve your quality of life.
