As an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, I offer evidence-based therapy for clients and EMDR supervision for clinicians. As a trauma-focused counselor, I bring years of trauma experience from prior work with the DoD, First Responders, private practice, and Veteran’s Affairs. As an expert in relationships, and how childhood relationships impact current relationships, I help you learn to differentiate between your trauma narrative and your own intuitive knowing. My approach is to customize a program that fits your needs and schedule, whether we meet weekly or while accelerating your treatment, with EMDR intensives. In addition to over 15 years of clinical practice, I have provided supervision within the VA and within my group practice. I am a lifelong learner and regularly attend targeted trainings to hone and improve my skills. I am currently an EMDRIA consultant in training. I believe in clinical excellence, always.
