I have been practicing psychotherapy with individuals and families for over 20 years. My practice provides excellence in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and consulting to professionals in clinical intervention. I evaluate and treat children, adolescents and adults dealing with emotional difficulties, autism, attention deficit, anxiety, panic disorders and mood difficulties using an approach that recognizes the interplay of neurophysiological processes and social interactions. Each of my specialties represents my strong interest in helping people at all stages of life. Outside of my practice, I also work with Dr. Wetherby at the Autism Institute (FSU College of Medicine). Prior to my work in the U.S., I operated a clinic in Brazil , where I practice clinical psychology and psychoanalysis for 10 years. While in Brazil, I also held a Graduate Professor position at FEEVALE University. I am a specialized clinician extensively trained in the diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have performed numerous assessments in public and private sectors and have provided professional workshops on best practices in the assessment and treatment of ASD. I am clinically reliable in the ADOS assessment for children, teens and adults.
