Hello there, I’m Ronique Randall! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong passion for helping individuals fulfill their fullest potential. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and my role is to simply guide and empower them by fostering an environment in which we work together to achieve their goals. I treat my clients with dignity, respect and compassion. I understand that the decision to begin therapy is one that takes courage, and for this reason, I am truly honored to serve each of my clients which is displayed in every single interaction I have with them. No one modality fits all. My approach is strength-based and client-centered. I believe therapy is only effective when there is a foundation of trust and a meaningful connection. With that said, I utilize Family System approaches, Solution-focused Therapy practices, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. My approach to goal setting involves working with my clients to identify what they want to accomplish during their sessions. Once the goals are identified, I assist clients in establishing objectives that will help them achieve the identified goals and we track their progress along the way.
