Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I center relationship and collaboration to make you feel seen and heard. Your goal in therapy may be to process and cope with distress, navigate challenging relational dynamics, gain insights about impact of significant life changes, explore a sense of belonging, identify healthy boundaries, learn to advocate for your needs and wants, or practice self-compassion to deepen your relationship with self and others. I strive to create a space that encourages curiosity, vulnerability, and compassion. I utilize mindfulness, somatic, and relational interventions to support your needs. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and identities from an anti-oppressive lens. Due to my own lived experience as a first-generation immigrant, I have an interest working with people from marginalized communities and also those who want to process intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, immigration stress, and identity development. Seeking help can be a vulnerable and empowering experience. If you are looking to engage in therapy for the first time or looking for a different therapist who is a better fit, I will be honored to support you in your healing journey if you choose to work with me.
